Fran is our Client Administrative Professional. Fran was born in Kyoto, Japan and was raised in Vermont, New Mexico and Hawaii.  She earned a degree in Anthropology at the University of Hawaii and has worked in a wide variety of jobs with a customer service focus, including managing small businesses and teleconference coordinator.  Most recently, she worked for 18 years at WSU in Pullman, WA as an administrative professional in the College of Arts and Sciences.  She recently moved to Kalama, WA and is enjoying getting exploring the area.
