Justice Grows Here
How Can We Help?
Since 1999, Timberland Legal Aid has stood beside individuals and families in need—offering free, compassionate legal support to low-income residents in Southwest Washington. Rooted in Cowlitz and Wahkiakum Counties and now expanding to serve Lewis and Pacifc Counties, we are proud to grow justice where it’s needed most.
Whether you’re facing issues in housing, family law, protection orders, immigration, or estate planning, we’re here to help—because everyone deserves access to justice, regardless of income.

Our Mission
Timberland Legal Aid is committed to securing justice in civil courts for underserved individuals whose livelihoods, families, and well-being are at risk. We advance this mission through legal education, client advocacy, and active community engagement.
We envision a community where everyone—regardless of income—has access to skilled legal representation, ensuring fairness and equal justice through the court system.
